    Our fees include consultation, requirement assessment, document preparation, English communication, submission support, and progress management. If any additional cost is expected, we will inform you in advance.

  • Q. Do you charge an initial fee or success fee?

    It depends on the service:

    • Visas & incorporation: Fixed fee
    • Subsidy applications: Initial fee + success fee (10–15%)
    • Advisory services: Monthly retainer

  • Q. Is English support included in the price?

    Yes. All services for foreign entrepreneurs include full English support at no extra cost.

  • Q. Can I get a refund if I cancel midway?

    Refunds may be possible depending on the progress of the work. Completed work cannot be refunded.

  • Q. What payment methods do you accept?

    Yes. The first consultation (within 60min) and quotation are free of charge.

Regarding negotiations in cases involving legal disputes (under the Attorney Act), social insurance and labor affairs (under the Social Insurance and Labor Consultant Act), and specific tax determinations (under the Certified Public Tax Accountant Act), as these fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective professional bodies, we will handle such matters in collaboration with our affiliated specialists.
  • Our fees for fundraising support are compensation for the preparation of business plans and other documents, as well as for advice on financial strategy; they do not constitute investment brokerage or mediation (Financial Instruments Business).
